Breakfast: 

7am Breakfast: 
kashi 7 whole grain pilaf
banana
1TBSP peanut butter

I got up late, but did manage to get this in within 15 minutes.  And I fed it to the kids.  Probably not enough protein though.

coffee with 2 half/half x 2  No sugar!

10:30 AM Snack:  mini babybel gouda, clementine

Met Hubby and kids at the mall - snuck a couple of fries and potato chips - but came back and ate my food.
12:30 PM Lunch:
boiled egg
brown rice
roasted brussel sprouts

I probably had too many brussel sprouts, so I suffered a little bloat.  But otherwise okay.
3PM Snack: hummus, carrots

6 PM Dinner:  pork chops with Cream of Mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes with milk and butter, green beans
Late PM Snack:  nada
I feel like I'm constantly eating, but I'm constantly hungry.  Weird.

Workout:  Stretch and roll.  I did a little in my office.

Made some peach/blueberry/avacado puree for post-workout shakes.  Then froze them in an ice cube tray so I can pop a couple into milk and add protein powder.  We'll see how that turns out.
